In the Well: Dennis Bilde
Hey Dennis, Congratulations for all the bridge achievements so far, many more to come surely. Two questions: 1) Who/what has had the biggest impact on you as a bridge player? 2) What more may technology and/or internet offer for bridge?
Andrzej Matuszewski's bidding problem: AKJ2 2 QT2 AKQT2
I would have thought that 3 is forcing and without an agreement would assume it.
Yordan Boychev's bidding problem: --- Axx AJTxx QJxxx
I dont like 4 with only QJ suit. I would have bid 4 instead.
Jacob Vrooman's bidding problem: Jxx Qxxx T7xx Qx
I think more bad things can happen if I bid 1. He might raise with 4 and that I hate.
Yves Lefebvre's bidding problem: AQT8 T76 KJ65 Q4

Omar Olgeirsson's bidding problem: 954 5 QT9873 KQ6
Dont guess - bid 4 previous round.
Niso Eskinaz's bidding problem: AKQ753 AK83 A32 ---

Yordan Boychev's bidding problem: QJ AKT9x AJxx xx
It seems to me that you forgot to consider one thing. West pass strongly indicates 2+ spades for partner so your first and last example hands dont really exist.
Hendrik Sharples's bidding problem: Q962 Q9 KJ2 J862
I dont think it's an advantage this time to be able to ruff in the shorter trump that indicates to be pretty good suit (like. Vice versa i think it would work pretty well to ruff clubs with small and make side suit trics at the same ...
