Me 4. I shared this with other District 24 members.
ABA 2019 Summer National in Atlanta this August
Caught my error--the final Saturday is August 17th and not August 16th. Friday is the 16th.
The Godfather of Bridge
Yes sir, excellent write-up.
GNT D. 22 GNT Fiasco. The official ruling
Why are we still arguing? A doubled defeat or a non-vulnerable small slam bonus? Thanks.
GNT D. 22 GNT Fiasco. The official ruling
Regarding Atlantic City, we wish to thank our ACBL allies for joining us this April at the American Bridge Association's Spring National. Maybe we can find more double members this way. ABA does 2 Nationals each year. We're in that non-vulnerable game zone. I hope we don't ...
Who should vote for ACBL board members?
In the American Bridge Association each and every member gets one vote (at our Summer National). However, this year's candidates for office effective January 1, 2020 ran unopposed. All are double members. They're Harold Bickham in Indianapolis (11), Mae Clark in Fort Worth, Texas (16), Gloria Christler in ...
Three Sectionals, One District, One Week
Don't forget nationwide scholarship games (on either Friday evening September 27th or Saturday morning September 28th). All proceeds benefit the American Bridge Association's Educational and Charitable Foundation. Vince Wilmot in my District actually had one to attend Harvard (yes, Ivy League). Do you know Linda Dunn, a Crimson ...
Repeat Locations for Nationals

Repeat Locations for Nationals
Please don't discount Detroit and Dallas. I do remember a Richmonder named Alice P Brown and a St. Louisan named En Xie playing together at those North American Bridge Championships and placing in the IMP Pairs. I also remember relaying the sad news about Millard Nachtwey to the players ...
Three Sectionals, One District, One Week
Yes we all miss Bob Wallace.
