Nordstrom and their restaurant are closed on Thanksgiving. I would suggest asking the front desk of your hotel when you check in. The front desk usually will have a list of close by restauraunts that are open on the holiday.

I wasn't involved in that decision - it probably occurred before I even moved to Minnesota. It probably had something to do with the fact that there are 5 large states (geography-wise) in our district.
