"I could no more play BLue Club ... than fly." I played Blue Club last year at the Atlanta NABC and while I did not like responder's canapes, we did not run into any problems in 10 sessions of bridge. Previously I played a Fantune version with modified 2-bids again ...
An Overcall Structure (John Fout)

Page 17, #2: 1 X p ? Playing Herbert negatives (to takeout doubles), modified: East could bid 1NT = 6+ hcp and 4s (replacement bid) as several of my partnerships have played responses to a Power Double (15+ hcp, any distribution) for several years now. Edited: 4/16/19 This ...
Using two bidding systems according to vulnerability

Which version of Precision?
1 - 2 is now any 5-5 in some versions of Meckwell. I played it in 2017. Now I include 5-5 hands in 1 - 1NT.
ACBL Bulletin Review of When to Bid Notrump

A real Irony if true. Is Match Point Precision actually illegal in acbl-sanctioned pairs games/events?
I play Precision with an artificial 1 opening that promises at least one 4-card major (The Diamond Major by Peter John Oakley). This was and still is ACBL legal in Open / Open+ category.
What percentage of the cost of attending ACBL Nationals are Card fees?
9644 tables I drove and stayed in the host hotel, 20%.
More Memphis Mishappenings
Slam auctions frequently are not in tempo and this is to be expected. Nothing admiss here IMHO.
