Here’s a very uncommon defense that works very well imo: X=16+ this way when you have a good hand you don’t miss a game... 1d for majors and 1nt through 2s is Woolsey.

Don’t think so... Once you get to the ruff in sluff in diamonds, you can ruff a heart back to your hand and then squeeze West in spades and hearts, right?

They can be appealed, but as Ray quoted it seemed that a committee can’t overrule the directors ruling.
