Score Some Tricks, Please!

If I were to share a single piece of advice with aspiring players, that would be: "Don't try to devise winning plays. Devise not (yet) losing plays and see what happens next." Here's a nice illustration with bbo bot skew. After bot-oriented bidding, you arrive at ambitious 4 helped with the lead of the trump king (!) by E. Bot.

My first thought was to score some tricks, and an apparent way to go after this humble task was dummy reversal. If you think for it for a while, there is nothing better you can do. Unfortunately, you lack communication to both reverse dummy and endplay W. Bot in s. Here's the full hand where you notice that E. Bot following s three times makes a finesse against Q a losing proposition. Finally, the fall of the ten doubleton in  makes your contract cold after the bot-like lead. Note how sporty is W. Bot in acknowledging the defeat by ducking your J.
