Limitations on Dummy

The ACBL Law # 43 outlines the "Limitations on Dummy", so that Dummy may not cal Director or call attention to an irreularity during play.

But does this limitation end when the last card has been played?  Is the Dummy player then allowed to call the director to point out any iregularity

during the play, such as a revoke, that declarer  failed to notice during the play?

It seems to me that after the last cards has been played the Dummy-player is no longer a Dummy, and thus free to calll the Director.
