Some logic should be used to decide when to use DOPI or when to use DEPO when the opponents are bidding the one-under suit.
If the auction goes 2hearts, pass, 4NT, 6diamonds,
Double and pass should show zero or one keycard (depending on
whether you play 1430 or 3014 responses). However 6hearts should show two keycards. Responder could hardly expect opener to have three keys and Opener could just as easy have zero or two keys. Use DOPI (but don't show the queen)

On the other hand, if the auction goes
1spade - pass - 2NT (Jacoby) - 3hearts
4clubs (natural) - 4hearts - 4NT - 5hearts
Two with the queen might not be enough for slam
so Depo should be used here. AQxxxx/x/x/AJxxx opposite
Kxxx/xxx/KQJ/KQJ

All pairs that have been accused of cheating have had multiple situations where they know something that they're not supposed to know. Pairs get reputations. I believe that if a pair is cheating, there would be at least 25 situations where they lead the suit that partner wants or find partner's singleton when there is no reason to do so.

against notrump with nothing in dummy.
Lead 2nd highest honor. If you have the AKx you need partner to encourage with the queen and discourage with the Jack. If you have KQx you need partner to encourage with the Jack or ace.

Against suit contracts, in the middle of the hand, and it doesn't matter what you lead from AK on the opening lead, you lead the A from AK only if you have a doubleton. I'd lead similar to above to get the attitude signal that I need.

I'd play the queen of diamonds (denying the king) and hopefully partner would shift to a spade

Since it is very difficult for Responder to set his suit as trump and then bid RKC, I play all these jumps as RKC for my suit. This works well if you're playing 2/1 where rebidding your suit at the three-level is forcing

Much better to play that 3diamonds show short hearts, 3hearts shows short spades and 3spades shows 5-5 in minors game-forcing. Then 4-minor is natural and 4-major is rkc in the minors

I'd bid 3hearts with xx/KQJ10xx/xxx/xx or possibly
x/QJ10xxxx/xxx/xx. In my book, 3hearts is a preempt.
With the above hand I'd bid either 2hearts or 4hearts over the double of 1diamond.

This is why the competition committee made a big mistake putting that convention in GCC.
It is not trivial defending against it
Double Negative or cards
2major natural NF.
2NT relays to 3clubs.
3clubs Stayman
3 red transfer at least invitational
3spades both minors
after 2diamonds - 2nt - 2nt - 3clubs then
3diamonds NF
3hearts = clubs GF
3spades = diamonds GF
3NT = minors more balanced

If I had to have a strong option to my Multi, I would use 37-39 balanced as my strong option

I remember playing with you when I had the same problem. There was a long huddle on your side of the table but I thought my bid was clear so I bid again and was right. My screen mate was upset and called the Director. When we found out that you had passed in tempo and it was your opponent that was the culprit, my bid was allowed.

This hand shows why 1430 answers to rkc is a loser. While technically 1430 is better when you have one keycard, the mishaps that you have makes 1430 very dangerous. Much better to play Kickback where 4spades is keycard when hearts are trump, 4hearts is keycard when diamonds are trump and 4diamonds is keycard when clubs are trump. this way you never have the ‘is this a 1430 partner or is this a 1430 sequence’ problem. When spades are trump you can always ask for the queen. Using Kickback you can always ask for the queen. If partner answers 0-3 and you're not sure, signoff and partner will continue with three

Having good pairs non-seeded is not fair to the rest of the field. Would it be fair if Meckwell was the number one seed and Levin Weinstein were late buying their entry and were sitting in the same section same direction. Good pairs need to be seeded

The object is to get the 1:00 game started at 1:00 and not 1:30. The Vanderbilt entry deadline was 6:00PM which meant that teams had to be formed before 6:00. Too bad if you formed your team at 6:01PM. If you know the deadline you deal with it

I had a bad experience also. The best solution is to tell your District Director what went on (which is what I did) and let them solve the problem. You could also tell the CEO

I think that Declarer claimed stating that he would play to drop the one outstanding trump

A defense against the 2diamond bid;
Double shows a good balanced hand
2-major natural, and non-forcing
2nt forces 3clubs To play in 3-minor or show a strong one-suited minor; 2nt followed by 3major shows a minor one suited minor(hts shows clubs sp shows dia)

All 3-level bids: assume partner opened 2nt and
play what you play over a 2nt opener.
3clubs Stayman
3 red transfer
3 spades (what ever 3spades means over your 2nt opener)

After any bid – any two-suited bid – double; If you think you're in trouble, I think that it's important for the 2-suited bidder to play the hand. You don't want the trump lead coming thru the two-suited bid. Therefore, I play that redouble of the double says that I know where I want to play the hand. You bid your lowest suit. If that gets doubled I can redouble to play in the highest suit. Therefore passing the double would ask partner to choose among his suits. I can't remember that last time I wanted to play in opener's suit.
