My word count says the term Moysian has been used 5 times in this thread…a few times with respect to suit. The Moysian is guaranteed while the one could be a three three fit. 3 rebid isn't forcing… Nor. is 3, but the 3 rebid has the best chance with the hand shown to reach the right game. My 2 cents :)

The reason I put this bidding problem was that I had read that when you have this shape with either major it's important to find a M fit. As the most likely shape with your partner would be some 4432. So the likely hood of one of your 3 card suits hitting his doubleton is good, and that that suit will be led.
