Doesn't sound like partner's hand and/or s are very good.

I think 3 should agree s, 4NT quantitative. It would be nice to be playing kickback or minorwood so the 4NT would be clear.

But are you going to balance after having another sip?

If I pull it, it will be to spades, not hearts. Partner had the opportunity to bid 2 and didn't. Either he has great spades or only 3 s and 4 s. Most people play the 1st dbl as penalty but I'm not sure about the second one although it seems like penalty if the dbl was penalty.

I would interpret 2NT as for the minors so dbl. If we are playing scrambling 2NT partner will have 5+ cards for a 3 or 3 bid.

Partner was willing to play 2 with a probable singleton but when competing, wanted to suggest s as an alternative. I am more than happy to accept with Ax. It's even possible he has a 7 bagger.

I started to answer key cards 5 but I wasn't sure how to treat a 5NT follow up by partner. I don't know why I shouldn't abstain when I disagree with the previous bid as I see it done on a regular basis by other responders.

I would have bid 3 GF to allow for an RKC bid later. Partner can bid 3S to ask for a stopper if he is not interested in slam or as a cuebid if he is.

3NT only because they will bid it at the other table.

I'm not so sure it's a penalty pass but since partner is almost sure to hold a bad 3334 I will pass and pray.

My fear is that partner may get us to the wrong spot, either too low or too high. I am not too worried that 3D will get penalized.

I obviously didn't read the comments, as usual.

I guess the 3 bidders didn't understand the comments. I had to read them about 4 times.

I would have bid 3 over 2

Partner will quit competing if you raise on this.

I have a sneaking suspicion that 5 is right but not enough to bid it.
