What is minimum requirement for Maxi Unusual 2NT hand?

In a different post, I have seen different opinions on the requirement for Maxi hand for an unusual 2NT.

https://bridgewinners.com/article/view/atb-bidding-after-unusual-2nt/

Below is the hand and the bidding.

This survey as a followup, is basically a combination of:

(1) would you bid 2NT in the first place?

(2) if you would bid 2NT, would you pass partner's 3D with this hand?

(3) if you would pass, what more do you need to continue bidding above partner's 3D?

Before you pick your answer, please do consider that North can bid 3C (below 3D/3H) to show fit/interest.

I play continuous range, not mini-maxi, and I will pass partner's 3D.
I play continuous range, not mini-maxi, and I will bid up.
I play mini-maxi, this hand is good enough for Maxi and I will bid up.
I play mini-maxi, I would pass 3D. But just add DJ then it is good enough for Maxi to bid up.
I play mini-Maxi, I would pass 3D. But just add DQ then it is good enough for Maxi to bid up.
I play mini-Maxi, this hand is neither mini nor Maxi but I will bid 2NT anyway, since partner could respond 3C to invite below 3-level.
I play mini-Maxi, this hand is neither mini nor Maxi and I will not bid 2NT.
others - I really cannot think of another answer but I am sure someone has something else. Please explain. Thanks.
