Upcoming, Challenging NABC's?

With substantial recent discussion on success/failure of NABC's and apparent knee-jerk pricing changes in an attempt to avoid massive losses, I checked the upcoming NABC schedule and had some concern about two NABC's in the near future:

COLUMBUS, OH, Spring 2020:  I loved visiting this "smallish big town" in the 1970's through 1990's, and had many friends there, also attending non-bridge conventions as recently as 2013 and several of our Regionals.  I'm wondering if this will be another Detroit or Winnipeg, but have little information on the current state of its facilities for our NABC's.  Hopefully others can chime in, and if there are deep concerns, perhaps steps can be taken well in advance to quell them as best as possible.

PROVIDENCE, RI, Summer 2021:  I heard that this was quite a disfavored site a couple of years ago, but was not there and only surmised from the tournament blog.  Is this a disaster in the making?  Is travel to Providence reasonably convenient?  I confess that I don't know, but if there are warning signs, let's get ahead of the curve so the League doesn't lose its proverbial shirt.

BEING PROACTIVE SEEMS SUBSTANTIALLY BETTER THAN THE REACTIVE THAT WE'VE SEEN SO OFTEN IN THE PAST . . .
