Potential Slam Tries After Fit in a 2/1 Auction

Playing 2/1 with 15-17 notrump (may often have 5 card major).  For better or for worse,  you've agreed to play fast arrival jumps and non-serious 3NT in other situations, that a simple 2M rebid by opener does not promise six, that a high reverse shows modest extras, that 2NT generally shows 12-14 (but could be ~19), and that opener's jump to 3NT would show ~ a good 17-ordinary 18.

On the uncontested auctions

1 - 2

2 - 3

3NT

and

1 - 2

2NT - 3

3NT

13 poll questions below and one open-ended question: what auction would you propose to get to slam when opener has 14 opposite something like responder's balanced 18 (assuming controls and key cards fine), but to stay out when partnership values are less.

Edit: The wording on the last two questions is perhaps inelegant. What I'm trying to ascertain is whether the 2NT bid means to the reader that 3NT is no-longer non-serious, and if so, whether this affects the strength shown by a cue bid.

Reminder: You've agreed fast arrival jumps, so when you bid 3 instead of 4, there are potential implications.

Please select up to 5 choices.

On auction 1, 3 shows significant extras
On auction 1, 3 simply shows 3 card support without suggesting significant extras
On auction 1, 3 shows other (please describe)
On auction 1, 3NT shows mild slam interest in context of whether 3 showed extras
On auction 1, 3NT is an offer to play
On auction 1, 3NT shows other (please describe)
On auction 2, 3 shows significant extras
On auction 2, 3 simply shows 3 card support without suggesting significant extras
On auction 2, 3 shows other (please describe)
On auction 2, 3NT shows mild slam interest in context of whether 3 showed extras
On auction 2, 3NT is an offer to play
On auction 2, 3NT is other (please describe)
Because 2NT has previously been bid naturally, cue bids by opener rather than 3NT on auction 2 show slam interest but less serious slam interest than they would on auction 1
Even though 2NT has previously been bid naturally, cue bids by opener rather than 3NT on auction 2 show the same degree of slam interest that they would on auction 1
