Opener's Rebid After a Negative Double

Standard context, no Flannery.

The auction begins 1M (2m) X (P), and opener has 5-3-3-2 minimum (12-14 ish) with three of the other major and no stopper in intervenor's suit. What does opener usually rebid?

I realize that suit quality likely plays a big part in the decision. If you usually rebid the opened major with five, voting that way doesn't mean you're saying you'll do it with KQJ 105432. The options below aren't exhaustive. I'm not giving you a stronger option than, "I tend to do X." Live with it or don't.

Another complicating factor is the ability to bid diamonds over a 2 overcall on a 3-card suit. I've tried to include that in the options too.

Below, 2M = "rebid the opened major with five," 2oM = "rebid the other major with three," and 2 = "rebid 2 over 2 with three."

Tend to rebid 2M in preference to 2oM and 2
Tend to rebid 2 in preference to 2M, but 2M in preference to 2oM
Tend to rebid 2 in preference to 2oM, but 2oM in preference to 2M
Tend to rebid 2oM in preference to 2M, use suit quality to choose between 2oM and 2
Tend to rebid 2oM in preference to 2M and 2
Tend to rebid 2 when possible; use suit quality to choose between 2M and 2oM
Tossup between 2M, 2oM, and 2 when it's available
