Here's a deal from a KO match today:
I was East. My partner led a low diamond to my king and I switched to a small spade. Declarer ducked, partner won the ♠K, and tried to cash the ♦A, which declarer ruffed. Declarer now took two high hearts, crossed in spades, ruffed a diamond, and played more spades. Partner pitched a diamond on the third spade, but here was the position when declarer took the last spade:
West is squeezed in three suits. If he "discards" a trump, he's endplayed into giving a ruff-sluff or breaking clubs. If he discards a diamond, declarer can throw him in with a trump (optionally finessing the ♣Q first) to force him to lead away from the ♣K. If he discards a club, declarer can play clubs for three tricks herself.
I'm not sure what kind of squeeze this is, and I've never seen one like it at the table. Pretty cool, even when it was done to us.
