Just another 3NT you'd like to beat

In a local team game, your opponents are more-or-less unknown to you.  Third seat, white vs. red, you hold A972 83 J4 KQ532.

Partner's preempts are 5-10 hcp; you've seen some lousy 6-baggers, but never 5 in first seat.

You lead the 8 (perhaps you wouldn't, which you'll be able to indicate later), and see:

Partner encourages with the heart deuce; declarer wins the ace and leads the disappointing spade ten.

You duck (if you wouldn't, again you'll get a chance to say so); all follow, and declarer leads a second spade.  Your move.

Duck again; decide whether to continue hearts or switch to clubs after you see partner's pitch on the third spade
Win, continue hearts
Win, switch to a small club
I'd have won the first spade (to continue hearts)
I'd have won the first spade (to switch to clubs)
I'd have led a club
