Good cards in 3 suits --- but no entries?

As declarer, did you ever end up in a situation where dummy had good cards in 3 suits --- but no entries?

Just a curious story, from a recent local Teams game...

3NT

South opened and N/S bid:

2NT-3-3-3NT

West lead a small spade, declarer winning the Ace.

Declarer (who will remain anonymous) now took a slightly different line than the one you would have chosen.

Ace of clubs, and another club, finessed to the Jack.

East continued spades to dummy's King.

Declarer ran the Queen of hearts, which won the trick.

Next, small diamond to the Queen which held, after which declarer exited with his last club to the King.

East now shifted to a small heart finessed to the King, then another heart to the Ace.

This was the point in the play where dummy had good cards in 3 suits --- but no entries! :)

Luckily, declarer still managed to save the day, by leading a small diamond, then finessing the diamond return :)
