GIB revoked against me today

I was playing one of the daylong tournaments, and on the first board became declarer in 2.  My trump suit was A108xx in hand and J in dummy.  The opening lead made it apparent that they were angling for a ruff in the suit, so when I won it in hand (leaving them with a winner and the presumed upcoming ruff) I ust led a low trump from hand, hoping that either their entries would be tangled or that the ruff would further compromise their trump holding.

No such luck, the GIB on my left won, crossed to partner's winner in the suit of the opening lead, and ruffed the return.  Now the GIBs cashed their remaining side winner and stuffed me in dummy.  Their remaining trumps were the K93.  I reentered my had with a ruff, and the GIB on my left underruffed with the 3.  Assuming that RH GIB had the two remaining trumps, I cashed the A expecting to claim all but one of the rest.  LH GIB discarded a spade, but so did RH GIB.  Puzzled, I led another heart.  Two more spades.  So I led a spade to dummy's Ace, and LH GIB ruffed with the King!  Now LH GIB played a plain suit, and RH GIB ruffed with the 9 while I overruffed.

I have contacted BBO support.  A couple of other strange things on this deal -

1.  When I led the card off dummy that was ruffed and underruffed, there was a long pause before second hand played.  Play resumed only after I hit a key (I think it was the escape key).

2.  When I checked back to see if I could retrieve the hand and play record to include with this post, the tournament record showed the result of this board as 2H -2.  Another email to BBO support.

Weird. I will post the final resolution of this tomorrow morning.
