Do you win or duck?

Last night this hand came up at the local club game (MP):

AK108
Q73

West's opening lead was the 10, East playing the Q. The lead can either be from K109xx or 10xx.

What is the best line of play? Ducking twice and hoping that the A is in the hand with the short hearts or winning the A hoping that West has the A or that East has both the A and the K. I didn't calculate the odds, but I have a feeling that the former is more likely due to vacant spaces. However, it gives up on a potential overtrick if they lead into your J.

So, what is the best line of play?
