but partner, I only had 2 points, and one of them was worthless!

I was dealt the following "huge" hand a couple of nights on BBO playing with a less-than-expert player.

I am posting it as both an IMP and a Match Point bidding question.

I am not only interested in your selections of bids but, also, the reasoning resulting in your choices.

You hold the following:

East
954
J976432
J
103
W
N
E
S
1NT
P
2
P
3
P
?

1NT = (14+)15-17,

2 was a transfer showing  5+ s, 0+ hcp,

3 was a really good 1NT opener with 4+card support  (just how good was undiscussed, but partner probably has a near if not max to super max).  No other pre-accepts are used.  Therefore, you have at least 11 s between the 2 hands (LOTT)

Under which of the following scoring and vulnerability situations would you bid 4?

The 1st 4 answers pertain to playing IMPs, answers 5 thru 8 pertain to playing match points (MPs)

Please choose as many answers as you wish.   (Favorable means not vul versus vul.,  Unfavorable means vul versus not vul.)

Please explain your reasoning in the discussion area.  The companion hand will be posted in a few days.

Thank You in Advance
