1NT= 12-14

2NT= 4♠, suit oriented max, no good side suit (KQJx, AQJx, AKJX)

3♥= retransfer

3NT= 5=5=2=1 slam try

4♥= cue, denies diamond control

Now in the Post Mortem west claimed that East failed to bid his hand when he did not cuebid 5, so he was certain they must Be off K. East said  that W cannot have all of the : good spades, Minor suit aces and a third round heart control, with them he should take control with RKCB after 4. So he felt that by Cuebidding 5 he shows at least one of the major suit Queens in addition to the major suit Ace Kings.

So  who gets the most of the blame? And on general, does not taking control of the auction with RKCB deny certain perfect holdings in Slam bidding?

More Wwst's fault: he failed to take control with RKC
More West for another reason
Both
More Easts fault for another reason
More East's dault: he failed to bid his hand on not bidding 5
Neither
