ATB: Did anyone actually do anything wrong?

Matchpoints, I am not sure that anyone did anything wrong in this hand, but there are too many places it could have gone differently to be an effective bidding poll, I think, so I'm using this format.

I'm sure some 10-12 NT'ers will argue that East should open, and some Precision players will as well. Even there, most 10-12 NT'ers only play that NV, so not appropriate here. This is a fairly 2/1 context, so I think a 4x3 10 count with fairly normal high cards will be a default pass, so I'm not including that option.

Should West double? I know the advice against doubling with a void. Perhaps 2 is a better call? or 3, even, though I think that would be "I have a long running suit; please bid 3NT with a stopper" in this partnership. At the very least, 3D is unlikely to get passed out.

Should East double? If not, what would you prefer?

Should West let the double ride? West still has a diamond void, and an unknown 5 card spade suit, but guessing at this level is always fraught.

Or did nobody do anything wrong? Declarer correctly double hooked the trump for 500 EW, losing to 5 of either major, which makes. Rub of the green?

Please select up to 4 choices.

I don't like the double on West's first call.
I don't like the double on East's second call.
I don't like the pass on West's second call.
I don't think anybody did anything wrong.
