Anyone who is found to have cheated in an ACBL sanctioned event, at any level, should be banned from the ACBL and ANY ACBL-sanctioned event, permanently.
Think about it. If a cheater--at any level--KNEW that the price of being caught was the ACBL's version of the death penalty--no second chances...I think they'd think twice. And our game would be a lot cleaner, and a lot better for it.
