5 card stayman - assess this structure

A few people discussed low information 5 card stayman a while ago and in that thread Kit posted a 5 card stayman structure.  Im keen to adopt it into a 14-16NT system.

If it interests you critique this structure over 1NT.

Our 1NT opening is 14-16 HCP.

The shapes that contain long minors that we open 1NT are 6332 5332 5422 4432 4333 4441. The shapes that contain long majors that we open 1NT include 5332 4432 4333 4441, this means that 5422 is opened in the 5 card major with the 4 card suit being bid later. (we happily bid 1NT with some flaws so that reverses contain singletons however these shapes are indicative).
